As the daughter of a Pastor (PKs, where y'all at?!), my faith has always been a big part of my life.  After going off to college and getting a taste of the crazy life, I gave my life to Christ in January 2008 and I haven't been the same since!  My relationship with Jesus has grown every year and I continue to fall in love with His Word and teachings every day! No matter what new shenanigans I think up, I come to pray and ask God, "Whatcha think about this, Lord?" and patiently wait for nudges I like to call "God Whispers" to guide me in any life decision. I know deep in my heart that He loves me, care for me and knows the number of hairs on my head - that's love, y'all!

Sharing how faith guides me

Scripture I'm devouring this month:

Hello friends!

Hope you are doing well today as you've found your way to my website for one reason or another!  I'm enjoying the "off season" of my business and listening to a lot of classical music (Ludivico is currently my fav) and recovering from the studio's retreat to Bali last month!  If you are ever interested in what's going on in the life of this CPA, my Instagram posts show a snapshot, however, the real shenanigans are in my stories on Instagram!

So, scriptures I'm digging into this month have been in the book of Deuteronomy.  I've been studying how God was continuously present on the 40 year journey in the wilderness, even when the Israelites were disobedient and not trusting God. And realizing that I'm just like those Israelites...sometimes struggling to trust that God is present and will do exactly what He said he would do! But fully knowing in my heart that, even in my sin, He's been right there with me the whole time!

This month, I'm reconnecting with my faith, my relationship with the Savior of the world, and my purpose as I anchor myself in His presence. I'm so glad God hasn't gave up on me, and He hasn't gave up on you either friend!

"And it shall be that if you earnestly obey My commandments which I command you today, to love the Lord your God and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, then I will give you the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, your new wine, and your oil."
